Two AGM and one executive committee meetings were held as per the following details -  

1) First AGM held in the Conference room of Civil Engg. Dept at IITR in April 2005 while taking over the charge of Roorkee chapter by the new Executive Committee.

2) Second AGM meeting held during August 2006, wherein the National President of IGS was also present. The details of the activities/achievements/income & expenditures etc. during the last one year i.e. 2005-06 have been presented in the Annual Activity Report by the Hony. Secy. before the entire community of IGS Roorkee. The contributions of IGS to the National Body have also been discussed during this meeting. A national conference is proposed to be held by the IGS Roorkee during April 14th-15th 2007.  

3) An executive committee meeting alongwith 3 digitories namely -national body President (IGS) Maj. Gen S N Mukherjee); Prof. Gopal Ranjan (Director General COER Roorkee) and Prof. K Ganesh Babu (Director, CBRI Roorkee) has held during November 2005 in the Committee Room of Civil Engg. Dept. IIT Roorkee. 

4) Next Meeting of the Executive Committee of IGS Roorkee is proposed to be held during last week of Jan. 2007.
